Roger Pollock got his start in homebuilding as a high school student, when he for his father as a laborer. He launched his own company, RMP Properties, in 1990 and sold it in 1998. Four years later, Roger Pollock got back into the property development business by launching Buena Vista Custom Homes, which he built into the largest custom home building company in Oregon.
